Shrimp is marinated in butter and garlic while smoked with apple wood.
Clams $market price
Clams are cooked on the grill fora unique flavor you will love. Sold by teh 1/2 bushel and bushel.

Cooked on the grill with our own special sauce.
Beef Brisket $4.29 per person
Smoked to perfection, thinly sliced. Served with au jus.
Pulled Pork BBQ $4.29 per person
First we smoke the pork, than we pull it apart, than we coat it with our special BBQ sauce. Includes sandwich rolls.
Baby Back Ribs $15.00/full rack $8.00 per 1/2 rack
Ribs seasoned, smoked, and than coated in our own BBQ sauce.
Pork Shoulder $3.99 per person
A pig roast without all the mess and waste.
Double-Smoked Ham $2.69 per person
We smoke the ham with only the apple wood for a delicious and unforgettable flavor.
Angus 1/2lb. Hamburgers & Hotdogs $7.49 per person
Angus hamburgers and hotdogs done on the grill. Served with rolls and a condiment tray.
