Fall Field Trips at Ard's Farm

GENERAL INFORMATION - All field trips must be scheduled in advance. No charge for adult chaperones. Note: Listed Prices are for educational groups (schools) only.

NEW FOR 2010!! FOSSIL DIG AND GEM MINING

Students will be able to dig for fossilsin an "old, abandoned mine" and pan for gems in a sluice.

FIELD OF FUN - Mini-corn maze.
CornRecommended ages preschool - fourth grade.

Children will have 2 hours to play in our fun park. Activities include: mini corn maze, 95 ft. tube slide, rope maze, web maze, corn cannon, zip line, and fun barn.

Field of Fun can be scheduled from 9:00-11:00 or 12:00-2:00. Hayrides can be added to your day and scheduled either before or after your visit to the Field of Fun. You are welcome to bring your own lunch and eat in our picnic area. Restaurant and Ice Cream Bar are always open. Farmer Ray’s playground is always open for no additional cost.

Cost: $80.00 for groups of up to 20 children
  $140.00 for groups of up to 40 children
  $3.00 for each additional child

WILD WEST CORN MAZE- Recommended ages 3rd grade - 8th grade. 

Answer trivia questions about the wild west while wondering through pathways of the 5 acre corn maze in the shape of a coxboy riding a horse.

The Wild West Adventure also includes pir Field of Fun Park activities. Park times will run from 9:00 until 2:00. Entrance into the maze can be scheduled at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, or 1:00.  Hayrides can be added to your day and scheduled either before or after your visit to the Field of Fun. You are welcome to bring your own lunch and eat in our picnic area. Restaurant and Ice Cream Bar are always open. Farmer Ray’s playground is always open for no additional cost.

Cost: $120.00 for groups of up to 20 children
  $220.00 for groups of up to 40 children
  $5.00 for each additional child

ADD-ONS TO FIELD OF FUN AND WILD WEST TRIPS

  1. Take a hayride through the countryside - $3.00 per child (min 20 children).
  2. Add a hayride to the pumpkin patch - $4.00 per child (min 20 children).
  3. Animal feed for the goats and rabbits - 50¢ per child; please note that the children will be able to feed the animals through feeders and not by hand.
  4. Add a regular hotdog roast, hotdogs and lemonade for $3.00 per chlld each child will roast there own hotdog.
  5. Add a deluxe hotdog roast, hotdogs, chips, lemonade,a nd s'mores for $5.50 per child.

pumpkin patchHAYRIDES TO THE PUMPKIN PATCH - Recommended ages preschool-2nd grade.

Take a hayride out the pumpkin patch where each child will pick their own pumpkin. Children may also play in Farmer Ray’s Playground.

  $4.00 for each additional child

ADD-ONS TO PUMPKIN PATCH FIELD TRIP

  1. Animal feed for the goats and rabbits - 50¢ per child; Please note that the children will be able to feed the animals through feeders and not by hand.
  2. Take a ride on the 95’ tube slide. All children will be able to have multiple turns on the slide - 50¢ per student.
  3. Add a Fun Barn and Tube Slide experience for $1.00 per student.
