SECURITY
Security issues are at the forefront of our thoughts when purchasing products online. Ard’s Farm Online Store is utilizing GeoTrust QuickSSL to secure the information provided by our customers. Sites secured by QuickSSL are utilizing 128-bit SSL certificates thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible.
You can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.
Payment for your order is required prior to shipment. For your convenience and to expedite shipment of your order, we accept PayPal. You can use your PayPal Account or a credit card to complete your order. PayPal membership is NOT required.
SHIPPING
We strive to keep everything in stock, however at times substitutions are needed when seasonal items are no longer available. Please allow 2 to 3 days for normal lead time to prepare and ship your items. All food orders are final once shipment has been made.
RETURNS
We carefully package your order to protect it during shipment, however, occasionally damages may occur. Ard’s Farm will replace any products that are damaged during shipment if notified within 7 days of the date the items were received. To return damaged goods, you MUST contact us to request a return authorization.
PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of site visitors and do not share personal information with anyone except when required by law to do so.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address. We do not collect private personal information on consumers who browse the website. We use cookies to record your account details, session information and items that consumers add to their shopping cart.
