Ard’s Farm Healthy Pizza Recipes

These quick, healthy, and delicious recipes are perfect to get the whole family in the kitchen, while enjoying vegetable-based foods together! Our alternative crusts (cauliflower and sweet potato) taste just like dough, so kids (of all ages) will never know the difference!

All crusts should be cooked at roughly 350 degrees and can take anywhere from 8-15 minutes, depending on your toppings (and topping thickness). Be sure to check them often as they typically don’t take long to crisp on the bottom. Your pizza is done when it becomes lightly browned on the bottom and around the edges of the crust.

Our Ard’s Farm pizza experts suggest applying toppings lightly to avoid sagging/soft crust. They also recommend carrying toppings all the way to the edge of the pizza, leaving only about a two centimeter area of “crust” around the outside. These suggestions are based on personal preference, so be sure to test out your own taste with several batches (may we suggest a weekly date night activity)?!

Our cauliflower crust is gluten free!

5. Sprinkle with parmesan.
6. Place in the oven for 8-15 minutes, checking often.
7. Crust is done when crisped and brown, but not burnt.
