August Feast on the Farm

Join Chef Midkiff and Baker Leah Marie for a feast on the farm on Friday, August 3rd. The dinner is located at Ard’s Farm and appetizers will begin at 6:00pm. This meal includes five courses from appetizers to dessert. Each course will be prepared using ingredients from local farms and paired with a wine from Shade Mountain Winery & Vineyards.
Menu:
Appetizer Course – Thick Braised Bacon
Soup Course – Peach Gazpacho
Salad Course – Watermelon Salad
Main Course – Lamb with Seasonal Vegetables
Dessert Course – Black Forest Cheesecake
A local farm for which the ingredients are coming from has not yet been established.
