Feast on the Farm

Join Chef Midkiff and Baker Leah Marie for a feast on the farm on Friday, June 15th. The dinner is located at Ard’s Farm and appetizers will begin at 6:00pm. This meal includes five courses from appetizers to dessert. Each course will be prepared using ingredients from local farms and paired with a wine from Shade Mountain Vineyards and Winery.
Appetizer Course – Rosemary Chicken Bites (Landis Poultry Farm)
Soup Course – Smoked Tomato Soup*
Salad Course – Summer Salad (Betty Bakers Goat Farm)
Main Course – Grilled Meat Duo (Springhouse Farms)
Dessert Course – Strawberry Cheesecake*
*A local farm for which the ingredients are coming from has not yet been established.
