How do I eat Kale and Beet Greens?

Join Ard’s Farm and The Miller Center for Recreation and Wellness as they host a series of mini workshop seminars on cooking fresh and local products! This seminar will be our third of six. It will be hosted on September 5th from 7-8pm. We will explain how to pick good beet greens, sample and go over good recipes too!
