September Feast on the Farm

Join Chef Midkiff and Baker Leah Marie for a feast on the farm on Friday, September 7th. The dinner is located at Ard’s Farm and appetizers will begin at 6:00pm. This meal includes five courses from appetizers to dessert. Each course will be prepared using ingredients from local farms and paired with a wine from Shade Mountain Winery & Vineyards.

Appetizer: Bacon Wrapped Pork Bites
Salad: Autumn Harvest Salad with our local apples
Soup: Butternut Squash
Entree: Duck with our local mixed vegetables
Dessert: Pumpkin Cheesecake
